Yes, mine is a Maine Coon and its favourite sound is its own voice, I have worked out several of her calls

pURR!! = A Hello chirp

Meoww!! = Can I join you (When she wants to hop on the bed or your lap)

Meow wow = Hello (When anyone has got home)

Meow, meow, meow meoooowww! = Feed Me

Ma WOOOUUUUWWWW! = I need more attention, she goes to the other side of the house and does it, so we pay attention

Maow! = You caught me by surprise greeting

^^ I Maine Coon cats; they are my favorite. They have a real laid back, chill personality.

Mine "talk" only when they want to be fed. Haincty lil mufuggas.

I used to have a cat with a kind of scratchy cracked voice, all that ever came out was "meh"

very much so however because i am not educated in the cat tongue- i really do not understand. however we made an agreement with my cat and I. so! when i am sleeping at 5 am in the morning, she'll poke at me and go "reow-meow! purrr" which means pet me, lets play c'mon to which i respond, "no shaaadoow...sleeepy.." to which she answers with a paw to the face, or bites me in the arm. to which she'll get petted and will play. Oh cats will get their way...but they are to cute to be angry with them...its kinda like a kid--even though they break a window, you are about to scream to him or her about how angry you are, and then you look into your child eyes and then your heart melts...i mean you still scold them however gently...lol

my cat cookie stares at me and chirps like this "CHIIIRRRPPPP" which means feed me morris i'm hungry. which confused i say, who's morris? i don't know any morris, and then i'll give her cat food...

its hard being owned by cats...but somehow i manage it

Aww, I had a Maine Coon. He was a very sweet stray in my neighborhood. I named him Mr. Bigglesworth. I had him for 7 years until he died, but according to the vet, he was close to 15 or 16. He was the most chill cat ever. NEVER hissed or swatted at anyone. Loved everyone. He actually slept on our bed at night, at the foot, and if we didn't put his little tartan patterned blanket on him, he would lean up, grab it, and pull it up over him so he'd stay warm. So cute!

Lovely cat, ours always sleeps up between us in the bed, and nuzzles us in the morning. Shes pretty laid back, but hates being picked up and constrained. Shes a lovely but demanding cat. She actually looks a bit like yours.
