I was just sitting here thinking about getting some catfish nuggets and making yellow rice.

Eh, it's Thursday today isn't it?

Seeing as yesterday was Wednesday, I had Saag Paneer w/some basmati rice.

If you mean tonight (Thursday) I haven't decided what to cook yet.

Thursday is Farmer’s Market day downtown, so I’ll likely pick something up as I wander through on my way to the bus.

Last night I had a whole can of refried beans, lettuce, and frito's.

I just had the Sizzler from Domino's Pizza (chicken, pepperoni, jalapeno, onion and some special sauce)..

Delicious!

decided to have something a bit different since it's my birthday today..

I think I'm gonna go to a deli down the street from the office.

Enchiladas, yellow rice and salad.

Veggie enchiladas for me, with onions & bell peppers fried in butter til the edges are black and four cheeses, shredded chicken & cheese for the rest of the house.

I've sometimes seen my sister and her boyfriend sit side by side with their computers on their laps and in complete silence. Occasionally they will laugh in unison. It's creepy! lol

no I'm working at my desk in the bedroom, she's working cooking dinner in the kitchen.

looks like neither one of us is working though.
