also yesterday I stumbled over an artricle in a popular Austrian TV magazine, so I just had to scan it and post in here

Dave is definitely making some waves

the headline reads "Dave vs. Lucas - The jury has found their heroes" (the show is called "tomorrows heroes")

so as the writers see it, in the end it will all come down to a showdown between those two candidates

I don't have time to translate everything, but a few short notes what they wrote:

the candidates have already been fixed within their roles (you know... Dave, the talented beautiful arrogant womanizer bla bla bla) they are also kinda critical of the jurors cause THEY were they ones who fabricated the image of the candidates right from the start... the audience didn't have much of a chance to build their own opinion and the candidates didn't have much of a chance to show their personality... and I fully agree... in my eyes Dave didn't say enough yet on the shows to appear as arrogant, but the "creative editing" and the juror comments do the trick...

but whatever you go Dave, I know you're having fun, you're gonna keep on doing what you're doing and will always stay true to yourself good luck for the show tomorrow!

back in my magazine days Franklin Gothic was a firm favourite of mine

side note to European orgers, did ya'll spot Ray Cokes on the right side of the article? he's one of the two "celebrity" coaches this week

senior orgers will remember him from MTV Europe / Most Wanted fame, but of course all of this happened mainly before Dave was even born

Dave got the boot from the show.... and for the life of me I can't unerstand why and how that could happen...

this time BOTH of the judges were full of praise about his performance

but then Dave turned out to be amongst the two candidates with the least of the telephone votes

then the judges pulled the girl back into the show and dumped Dave... they didn't even give a reason for their decision

I'm stunned and have absolutely no clue what was going on here, if this was some order from the powers above or what was going on behind the scenes...

the off-stage footage and live commentary before and after Daves performance was really weird this time, with PLENTY of sexual references about Dave and his women, orgasms(!), length of sexual acts (!) and other crazy shit that has oh sooooo much to do with vocal & musical talent...... now really, what the fuck?? this isn't a porn star casting I think?? then before Daves performance the female moderator introduced Dave as "the guy who claims to be the best looking man amongst the candidates"... but of course Dave never said such thing, it was the media and the jury who repeated this ad nauseam! Dave at least had the guts to correct the bitch after his perfromance and that she did some bad research so at least he went with a bang then the girl dropped some more sub-standard sexual references/jokes about the jury'n shit... and then... game over

whatever... but now we all have to see the good side of this.... the ORG has Dave BACK!!

Dave, I know your main goal from the start was never to win this but to have FUN, and that you did! like us. Thank you for giving us some exciting weeks here at the forum! You rock!!
