Looks like a recent transgender surgery recipient. I think the adnormal swelling went down after a while.

Those biceps and triceps look fake to me, like he´s used synthol or some other kind of oil to make them look bigger. Synthol in your muscles looks horrible. I don´t get why some people think that oil or muscle implants make you look good. Lazy idiots.

When I first saw this dude I could not believe my eyes, I was afraid I was going to have nightmares wednsday night. It scared my sister so much, she said when she was walking down the halls she had to shut on all the lights and she's grown with kids. But the more I look at this dude, I kinda feel a bit sorry for the guy. He seems like a lonely big weird looking teddy bear that needs a friend, I would adopt him.
