Oh my goodness, all my efforts to flush toxins from my body has messed up my system or something, I think my appendix is inflamed.

Going to the doctor's to make sure its the appendix then I'll continue my home remedies, I hope I can cure it without having surgery. Surgery is so overrated.

Well, I'll just find out what it is first.

It's just my gall bladder, and it feels worse when I eat and since I haven't eaten since Saturday, I haven't felt too bad, but late last night I ate some candy and when I woke up in the morning, I was a little sore.

Now that I ate today, it's sore again.

But it's curable from a natural remedy and I don't need the surgery like they wanted to give me...

Minor surgery tomorrow...I can do it!

What a weird past couple of days it has been...
While I was driving home last night, 2:00 in the morning, someone either tried to commit suicide or was high on drugs running out on the the highway in front of the passing cars. He hid behind the telephone poles and then just when the car was right there, he darted into the traffic. The car would skid to a halt to avoid hitting him. He did that to the car coming in the opposite direction of me, when we were almost passing each other. We were all traumatized.
When I saw him watching the traffic like he was going to cross and the car coming and then saw him run into the traffic, my heart stopped and I freaked out.
So I pulled right into a parking lot not far away and called the cops, and while I was on the phone with them, he did it again, and he kept doing it...


Poor dude, but does he have to traumatize everyone else while doing what he was doing?

Then a police helicopter was flying so low by my sliding door that and hovered. I could see the people on the copter and that the one cop was laying on the floor of the helicopter and holding a camera or something like he was looking for someone.

Here I am, locking my doors and watching over my shoulder...

...and I can't decide what to do! My head hurts from looking at all the brochures and I don't know weather or not to have an island in the middle. I CAN'T DECIDE!

At the moment it's just space in the middle, so I think it would be nice to make use of it. We have a breakfast bar at one end at the mo, but I want to rip it out and maybe have it in the middle instead (no sink). But i'm also worried i'll miss the openess if we have an island.

your tiles look fantastic what are you talking about!!!

mine are salmony beige with brown 80s flowers on them!!!!

Ah! But the tiles on the right (shown on the pic) are ok-ish. I have completely different tiles on the left! They're kinda 80's crackle-glazed with horrible blue flowers on them.
