Loud NYC. It's so hard to get a moment of peace and quiet around here. Sometimes I wish I could just freeze everyone like they do in the movies, so I can have some silence.

Vacation time! lol That's not good for your sanity.

lol I wish! I just came back from a cruise earlier this month. I think that's why I crave the quiet, I'm having memories of being able to sleep without car alarms and people yelling and babies crying. This sucks. sad

I have about 25 lbs of tomatoes on the vine that I'm not sure are going to fully mature. That's bugging me quite a bit, because I have to keep watering them and it feels like a waste.

I has penis. lol I actually thought I changed my profile. Guess I still need to do that. whistling

I love fried green tomatoes, but they aren't all the right variety for such a use. I probably would have ended up making and canning some sort of green tomato relish if they hadn't turned. But thankfully, since I grumbled about it, most of the big ones are FINALLY turning. Now I've just got to hope the next week of hotter weather will turn the cherries and grapes. It's actually the third and fourth tomato harvest (depending on variety) I've done this year, so I really have no complaints. But I can do the most with them when I have a lot of lovely ripe tomatoes to choose from.

Friends have stopped by to just "borrow" tomatoes more than once this Summer.

YOU HAS PENIS??? eek Why are you claiming to be a female on your profile? Are you confused? lol Just teasing. Anyway, you're lucky to have had so many harvests. My tomatoes didn't do well this year. Fuckin horn-worms got to them and damn near decimated my plants before I saw them fuckers and destroyed them. And my Tiny Tims tasted awful. I don't know what happened, but they just didn't have that sweet flavor. My Beefstakes started out like gangbusters and then they started going to shit, too. bawl Well, at least I got a bumper crop of peppers...
