Alright ladies, I need a question answered.

If you saw a guy, a really good looking above avarage guy would you be intimidated to look at him? Or scared too?

Because I'm trying a new look, in terms of hair, and everyone tells me I look much better. However, when I catch a girl looking at me, if any, they INSTANTLY look away.

Now, before, when I caught a girl looking at me, she would try to be all tough and try not to look away, then end up looking back. Then Id just look into her soul and melt into her emotions.

However, now I dont even see much girls looking at me, or atleast they really arent obvious this time aruond. And even if theyre directly infront of me, lets say a lady behind a register (like what happened to me today), still dont even look.

Weird. Or maybe its just todays been odd. confused

lol I saw your pic...oh man I would not look away for a second. You are TOO handsome. I probably wouldn't approach you, but I'd casually check you out and fantasize quietly in my head. I dunno about those dames. Maybe they're just shocked they got caught and try to play it off. Don't sweat 'em.

And if you so choose, more pictures would be nice. drooling

ok this is going to sound kinda crazy, but once I made eye contact with Prince I started making eye contact with ANY good looking man I came across. I used to look away as a teen, but no more for that!

I love that too mach, and I will look and smile and nod also, which is how I got my nods from P. Don't look away Ladies.

and yes when I saw that pic I immediately though Prince Michael. You are a really gorgeous young man.

Goddamn, this board really needs a multiquote button. The fudge is this confused

Mach: yeah usually dudes look away first, thats I learned its much more attractive just to do what comes to you instead of looking away.

Baby: Haha I felt the same way that guy did reading that, biggrin I love getting compliments from the older people, makes me feel like I'm a tidy young man.

Zombie: Well np thanks for the comment.

ladyluvsexy: Haha, thank you. And yeah, some times when I catch girls looking I like to look at them like I knew they were thinking naughty thoughts of me, then watch the expression on their faces smile

Im not a fan of too much pictures to be honest.

butterfly: cool Thank you thank you. Confidence is always a plus. Alot more attractive to be honest. Very silent girls tend to stop the buzz, cant connect with them quickly. Same with men Im assuming.

JErin: Atleast you admit it.

HA! See! Thats exactly why I do it. cool

Most dudes do look away, especially if its a pretty girl. Why be boring and typical when you can chellenge her back? Youre worth alot more if youre making her think.

After all, the most boring thing is a predictable man who acts like the rest. cool

I didn't say anything about being having to be physical.

Ask any woman if some dude is sittin there staring at her all intensely and shit and she aint interested if she's not creeped the fuck out, bro. lol

You're a nice lookin kid but maybe it's not your looks that are intimidating anyone. Maybe these girls don't wanna end up in the back of a van never to be seen again. omfg

lol

Had a conversation about this sort of thing with a friend, about how a woman keeping contact for a certain amount of time means they are uninterested, a certain amount of time longer means they are, and after longer than that they get scared. I don't remember what the cut-offs were.

Well you seem to be under the misconception that I sit in stare. Like I said before it usually works out because theyre already looking at me. And if theyve been already checking you out, and you glance at them and she isnt looking away, and you arent either, then that says something.

Listen, if you can stare at someone you don't know who was staring at you first and they get all wet cuz they think you're looking at their soul, then she sounds a little nutsy too. But absolutely more power to you. thumbs up!

Maybe it is a misconception I'm having on this... how I'm envisioning it all go down. Maybe it's more of a "style" thing and I'm just not getting how smooth you really are. It's possible.

You can tell that in the first instant?

Man, I just notice looks at first and honestly, I always assume dude that hot will not be cool with being checked out by me so I always look away.

nooooooo

lol a stereotype

all the traits we project onto a hot guy

like sour grapes, since (me personally) always think, a guy that hot can get any chick he wants and why should he be nice because he can be an asshole since something better is always around the corner. Something like that razz

I generally try not to stare at people because in my family it's considered rude.

I also do not make extended eye contact with men because I don't want to give them the mistaken impression that I'm interested in them in any way, shape or form possible since I'm in a committed relationship.

In my singlehood days, though, there would occasionally be a person I might find attractive and wouldn't mind giving a look of acknowledgement, or even a polite smile. But again, I find staring as a rule to be rude, I don't care how good a person looks. I usually only do it as an act of intimidation rather than flattery.

even if you don't look very long, they still get that impression though lol especially if you find them unattractive

So maybe...the girls looking at him (and then looking away) are thinking, "If I look at him too long, it might mean I'm a lezbean."

Not that there's anything wrong with that. talk to the hand

I think it varies by personality and culture (etiquette)....

As a teen and now, if I saw a man that took my breath away (Fine as hell, not cute) I could NOT look away. Its like I was a deer caught in headlights

eek *OMG this guy is gorgeous*

Then I'd fumble, trip, and try to speak "hi" and muster a smile.... feeling like a smuck for allowing my self to be smitten like that.

If he was fine and came off like an ass I would look away

eek *OMG he is fine!... but wait...* he does something that ruins the mojo and truns me off

whofarted *WTF*

:flirtmodeshutoffFAST: *f@@k that, nevermind*

I ONLY look away when the good looking guy does something that turns me off.

The whole scene was great. I watched her cross the street 8ft and dressed like laura ingel wilder from little house on the prairie. Walk pass the guys in thier slick suits and the women who were dressed from such in such county/city seated at the tables outside, the looks on thier faces. Then walked into Garret's, kissed the host and continued on into the bar. This was about 4 in the afternoon on a saturday in the middle of Chicagos prime shopping locations, to give one a better perspectve.
