they always seemed like a nightmare to me!

although this kind of thing is more and more appealling to me:

cruise through europe!

my kids keep seeing the ad on telly and say "that's the one you want to go on, isn't it!"

no waves on the river whew and you can get off whenever you want, swim to shore if you have to

I got on a riverboat in 2008, and it was swaying and making me sick. I go off before the boat left the dock. shake

First one...funny (sorry for those scared and hurt though).

Second one...scary!

You'd think more of the furniture would be bolted down to prevent it from sliding all over the place and hitting people.

rose

That's the first thought that came to my mind.

The cruise I took last month was amazing. There was only one day when the sea was a little rough, BUT not as bad as any of these videos. I did get a little nervous though.

Which is more unnerving, rough seas or bad turbulence during a flight?

during turbulence I close my eyes and pretend we are in a car on a rough road. If I don't I would freak out.

There was a flight I was on recently (could have been a crosswind landing or something) it was HORRIBLE!!!!! I had to get on another plane straight after and I was so scared! The take-off was also really REALLY rough, I did actually feel nauseous. Until then I'd not experienced turbulence that bad. Must have been really windy.

yeah! you know, first you curse the pilot and think WTF are they doing up there, can't they fly a plane properly mad and then you wonder, maybe we'd all be dead by now if it wasn't for their expertise in handling a difficult situation! confused

Mild turbulance or rolling seas don't bother me at all. Heavy turbulance and big swells are a bit unnerving. But I'm still quite certain you put your life at greater risk each and every time you get in a car, statistically speaking.

I did NOT need to see this shit....we're going on our 20 year anniversary cruise in early Dec.

I noticed the peeps in the background barely moving also...must have been strapped down.

I'm looking for those tables!

Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind.
