As far as candy bars go, I prefer milk chocolate with nuts in it. My fave candy bar is probably Whatchamacallit which I believe is Hershey's chocolate.

I do enjoy dark chocolate when it's wrapped around something really sweet, like caramel. The sweet center neutralizes the bitter taste in the dark chocolate in a very good way.

When it comes to chocolate chip cookies, I prefer the semi-sweet Nestle Tollhouse cookie to the the milk chocolate Hershey chips.

Not a huge fan of white chocolate although it is quite nice on a pretzel.

Shake it til ya make it dancing jig

No, I am not in Canada-but I have friends who go to Canada. Plus, they do ship to the USA-but it's expensive-do to them being refrigerated.

Anything dark - 60-72%. Lately I've been diggin' some of the single farm producers from South America. They actually have different flavor notes, which is kind of cool. whistling Chocolate snob. lol

I can't really argue against that, though. Mini, regular, double - all good. lol

I ordinarily eat whatever dark chocolate bars are the supermarket. The quality of chocolate here is absolutely sublime, so I stick with plain bars, otherwise once in a while I like to indulge in a bit of Giotto cool
