Ok, for a club...here is my inspiration pic:

So, leggings:

An over size tshirt:

And a wedge boot:

I could really wear those boots
next time I am at the shops I will get an oversized shirt like that, I think it looks good
I liked those sequin leggings you posted once:

Ok, a bigger top with a belt to it doesn't look like a "tenty". Black leggings or skinny jeans and your biker boots. The scarf is cute too.

knits cling, but the mans shirt idea huey suggested would be just too much fabric adding bulk |

I'd wear shoes like this to the club, since we are coming into spring now
I could wear these instead of the wedge boots too right? |

It's the weirdest picture ever, I was trying to get the boots, the leggings and the top all in the pic, but I had to reach for the webcam to take the snapshot.
Tall boots over plain pants will work. Just not over the sequin ones.

I don't have time to go shopping today, so tonight I will wear
batwing top (closes thing I have to oversize)
skinny black jeans and my biker wedge boots
but I'll need to add some kind of sparkle, since everything is matt black
I'm going to wear my angel wing earrings (they are the biggest ones I have - ALL my hoop earrings have disappeared, and I think that is suspicious )

I hate them but like them too, in my opinion they are one step removed from dream catcher earrings in dagginess

Spring I think I went through a flat shoe phase, and skinny jeans, casual tshirts with unexpected embellishments, and colour...I wore a lot more colour this year. And lots of scarves. I still love scarves. And light weight oversized cardigans too.

I have a lot of trouble with cheap flats, they really hurt my feet
I'm slow on the scarf bandwagon, only got a couple for the first time a month ago
I need to learn how to wear some colours, I'm super fussy about designs on my clothing.
what colour cardies? |

Black:

but especially grey. I find grey looks great with just about any colour.

You'll just need to go out and try stuff. My advice is to not worry about size at all. Sometimes a shirt or dress that is supposed to be more tailored looks amazing if you buy it really large and let it fall off a shoulder or wear it with a belt.
Just experiment with different styles. I recently pulled out this top of my mothers', it was a loud pattern with bright colours on black - I would never even notice it in a store. But I was bored and was like, I can make this work. I threw it on, added a wide belt, added some tights and over the knee boots and wore it as a dress. It suddenly went from a mom top to a hip dress. |

Zombie, have you ever tried on one of those minimizer bras? That may be what you need to make yourself feel comfortable in clothing... I personally say, if ya got em, put them up and out but some girls are not comfortable with that... I for one dont like TONS of cleavage out but I do like to wear form fitting shirts not only do the make your boobs look FANTASTIC but imo but they dont make everything I wear look like maternity clothing... Thats the prob with big busted gals is everything hangs straight off the tits and everything makes a girl look fat... I say go for the belted shirt look, Erin had some great ideas and you can do this with ANY kind of top... If its a plain color jazz it up with jewelry! Have fun at the club!! ~~~~~ Oh that voice...incredible....there should be a musical instrument called George Michael... ~~~~~ |
