have you taken time to read some

of the very personal posts that

pop up at our org?

if our existence is sad

then there are other existences here

that are brutally pathetic

I'll take sad over pathetic any day

we can turn our existence frowns upside down,

after all

pathetic, much like ugly, is hard to shake

How is it you feel?

I can't imagine what I'd be hiding from

perhaps you could enlighten me

because there are some here that know who I am, as you well know

it's odd you would even bother to comment actually

and to do so in such a pretentious, snotty tone

it's funny because you & I have never interacted

not even when I hid behind my other user name(s)

the ones with a totally different schtick

you know, those other names that I used to feel comfortable on a Prince fansite

because I was hiding from something - on a Prince fansite

I was going to take the high road

and not even respond to your comment

but that's no fun

maybe now you'll wonder even more about my indentity

I heard you've been curious

it was creepy at first but now it's flattering

especially coming from a self important fella such as yourself

How is it you feel?

You think he's talking about you? hmmm I guess, but it sounds more like a general statement. He could be talking about anybody really; like me for example. After all, no one here knows who I am but this org name could (or could not lurking ) be my 4th one. And I could or could not be trying to keep a low profile. Just saying...shrug

I post a single one-sentence comment and that makes me curious and creepy and flattering and deserving of a lengthy snooty response after you've mulled it over for days? Now who's the self-important one? lol

I wouldn't talk about pretentiousness either if I were you, Mr Pompous Pseudo Haiku. falloff

Do what you want, I just feel sorry for people like you who are afraid to stand by their posting history.

so my posting style

rather than the actual content of my posts

make me pompous and pretentious

now i get it

no wonder you were bothered enough

to investigate my identity through orgnotes

that make you curious and creepy, not your one sentence comment

you know, after mulling over your last post for minutes

not the days (?) it took me to consider the last one

I feel lke such a heel

you were only feeling sorry for me

how noble of you

tell you what

let's stop this war of words

and become best ORG friends

that will simply have to work

because there's no way

I could be a real life friend

with an insufferable chap like yourself hug

How is it you feel?

No, it's not just your ridiculous posting style that makes you pretentious. It's most definitely the content too but that goes without saying.

And I haven't "investigated" you. I just think it's weird and creepy when people like you get a new name in an attempt to wipe their history. What are you running from? Did you get so many people riled up that you don't want them to recognize you? Or did you behave in such an embarrassing way that you're too mortified to keep your name? Either way it's spineless to not stand by those things, and childish to invent a new persona and a new posting style. It's what insecure teenagers do, not adults who feel comfortable in their own skin.
