We got a of rain in Houston but no flooding. Not even much ponding, to the traffic reporters' chagrin.

Yes, so far we have one fatality. An apparent drowning. The schools opened 2 hours late. We are still being hit with rain here in Killeen. I know of several evacuations. One of our 3rd graders in Nolanville was rescued from the roof of his trailer at 3am. | |

we had flooding and evacuations. But today is beautiful.
