I think "old chap" is also an term for penis.

Also, the "woman with the coldest feet", could be just that, she has bad circulation.

What is the book you are translating?

Half Life by Roopa Farooki

Another term: a woman with the COLDEST FEET.

"he managed to marry a woman with the coldest feet."

I think he is talking about my wife.

My name is Naz!!! and I have a windmill where my brain is supposed to be.....

The word CHACHA is used in the following sentence:

"What does your father make of you striding around like a boy? asked Hassan, wondering why he was sounding so disapproving, like some elderly betel-chewin chacha, when he really felt so admiring.

The word is even in italics like this.

"When Michael Jackson is just singing and dancing, you just think this is an astonishing talent. And he has had this astounding talent all his life, but we want him to be floored as well. We really don´t like the idea that he could have it all."

it's just the bottom lip, as it's usually bigger/fatter/plumper than the top one. plump means fat

It still doesn´t make sense to me cause they are not dancing.

Thanks for the rest, though. biggrin
