Some people had adopted a fawn baby deer because it was in their driveway with the imblicle cord still attached etc. The mother must have abandoned it or something. They took it in and raised it. Fed it etc and it was an "inside' deer.It would lay on their bed etc.They even potty trained it. When he wanted to go out he would go to the door and do his hooves etc. They'd let him out and hed do his duty and come back in after. They kept a red collar on him. When Hoppy got older he would go with the other deer and still come back home for a while. The owners or adoptees posted signs and pics all aorund the area for hunters not to shoot at the der with the red collar etc.
