Oh, and THIS CASE was NOT A CORRIDA. It was bull-leaping. The bull isn't tortured or killed no no no!

Whatever you say, Champ. lol

I've made my points already in this thread and countless others you've said the same thing in, no need to address it again.

falloff Eating is necessary. Yes, people can be vegetarians, but some of us don't want to be or need the vitamins you get from meat.

Torturing and teasing an animal is no sport, it's not necessary and no matter what, the bull is killed for no reason at the end.

Maybe you didn´t read my next post. Anyway, I didn´t say that everybody should be a vegetarian (I was, but I no longer am), but, regardless of how I feel about bullfighting or eating or not eating meat, killing an animal for consumption is almost always connected with pain and torture, except for a few farmers who raise free range chicken and grass fed cows who are killed very quickly, and EVEN THEN, it is still horrible for the animal.

I´m not saying I´m any better, I know I am a hypocrite myself....we all are...as long as we eat animals or , put it this way, as long as we have no problem with the way they are kept, raised and killed for consumption.

As JustErin pointed out, probably not ALL animals have to suffer ( I heard there are fast ways to kill cows, and there are decent farmers who raise their cattle under the best possible conditions) but that route is waaaay to expensive for the average household.

As far as I´m concerned, all I´m saying is yes, bullfights are bad and totally unnecessary but it sounds illogical to me to complain about bullfighting (and Spaniards) and to joke about a bull killing human beings when in fact most people have no problem whatsoever with eating animals who are often raised and killed under horrible circumstances.

And honestly, who cares about organic and grass fed beef when you go to a restaurant or go to the supermarket?

If I could, I´d switch back to being a full fledged, dedicated vegetarian again, but these days I kind of can´t live without the benefits of eating animals. But that doesn´t mean that I have to stay blind to the horrors happening to animals, and maybe one day, sooner than I think , I can stay away from meat again.

I've eaten nothing but organic meat, eggs, fruit, everything for the last 10 years.

Yup. I used to eat whatever as a kid, was sick quite a lot. Now I could never go back to "normal" supermarket foods, especially vegetables with all the crap they spray on them to keep them "fresh" ill
