Was there a reason Hoyt was crying in his truck as he drove down the road? I assume it was because he just misses Jessica, but did I miss something there?
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
And another question: Why was it called "Night on the Sun"? Is that another thing I missed?

Tommy kinda hurt his feelings by telling him Jessica was over him? "Love Hurts. Your lies, they cut me. Now your words don't mean a thing. I don't give a damn if you ever loved me..." -Cher, "Woman's World"

Okay... I have to get the unpleasantries out of the way: Tara's feet.
Now... - How tall is Alcide? That man was lookin' pretty good tonight. He made Bill look like a little boy!
- I'm gonna miss Talbot. I liked his Prima Donna ass!
- I guess Franklin is really dead, because Talbot was complaining about cleaning up his brains.
- Debbie is annoying. Period. Ugh.
- What are Crystal's people besides disgusting? Jason should have given her the once over with a lice comb and then hosed her down before curling up on the couch naked with her.

Wasn't that last week, though? I'm sure that's it; just wanted to double-check. He's a good character. Now that the cast of the show is expanding quickly, I hope they don't just forget about him.

Did we see Tara's feet in this episode? I guess I wasn't paying attention. I think I missed a lot, distracted as I was by the possibility of good guy-on-guy action in this episode.
Crystal's people are f'd up but I have hopes for that storyline.

When Sookie was lying on the blanket, those things came into the shot and I was like at those bunions. Then she lay down next to her, and those claws were hanging off the blanket for a sec.

Yeah, but there's something shady about Jesus. "Love Hurts. Your lies, they cut me. Now your words don't mean a thing. I don't give a damn if you ever loved me..." -Cher, "Woman's World"

Eh....kinda boring episode tonight. I did laugh at Alfre Woodard though. She had to fill the weekly crazy void since Lorena is dead and Franklin is MIA. I'm pretty certain Franklin is just recovering though. I'm gonna miss Talbot too. I thought he'd last a few more episodes. That end scene with Bill & Sookie was kinda sexy....finally. They need to speed up the Crystal & Hotshot plot....it's dragging like Arlene & Terry. I thought Jason was done with that Fellowship crap....jeez.
So 2 mortalities this episode.....Gus & Talbot. looking for you in the woods tonight Switch FC SW-2874-2863-4789 (Rum&Coke)

I didn't pay much attention to her feet, but I liked how she actually soaped up in the shower. Usually shower scenes involve just water with no soap or sponge I liked Debbie in tonight's show....at least it was a little bit of action. I'm guessing she's gonna be essential to the remaining storyline since Sookie didn't kill her when she could've.....easily. looking for you in the woods tonight Switch FC SW-2874-2863-4789 (Rum&Coke)

Ive noticed this happen in the last 2 episodes
Eric is bleeding from his nose and Ears Then in a few scenes his face is cleaned up Then in later scenes.. he is all bloody again? Its not from feeding.. So what is the cause?

I vaguely remember Bill telling Sookie something about that happening when they don't get to sleep during the day in the first season. Sophie Ann was bleeding like that too when Eric had her locked in that cage. "Love Hurts. Your lies, they cut me. Now your words don't mean a thing. :falloff: I need to see it again - just for the feet! I was looking at Tara's dress trying to figure out if she was outside in her pj's.

I think this was perhaps the most satisfying episode of the season so far. We're finally starting to see motives and backstories fall into place -- and their clash is gonna be great! Plus, we're seeing some potentially really cool things being set up for Season 4: Lafayette's "power", Rene's forthcoming baby, Sookie's family's history, and the consequences of Jason's encounter with Crystal's clan.
And I'm always sad to see a vampire go, but maybe Talbot's death willl make Russell Edgington more interesting. I LOVE Dennis O'Hare, but so far his Vampire King of Mississippi has been seldom more threatening than an eccentric uncle. I've wanted to see him go full-on 3000-year-old Druid vamp crazy!!! Maybe now we'll see that. Ὅσον ζῇς φαίνου
