Just did the Slimming Sculpt video last night. Them heffas get me sore EVERY time!

And if you get it, get the Rock Solid Abs. Dammit that shit is tough. And you really don't do crunches. A lot of pilates and squat moves. And of course balancing using the wave. The P90X Ab Ripper made my back hurt.
