Inception.
In all other instances, a gravity related external kick shifts the gravity inside the dream. However, Cobb's very first kick in "China" doesn't cause any movement at all. He stands flat flooted and watches the room flood, though his body is falling in a chair.

In Boomerang when Marcus and Jacqueline are watching the Bulls play - in the first clip Michael Jordan is wearing white sneaks and in the second they're black; even though it's supposed to be the same game. (Or it may be black, then white sneaks. I'm going from memory.)

In Ocean's Eleven Brad Pitt's character is first seen outside a casino eating a sandwich wrap when George Clonney's characyer first confronts him. The camera pans to George Clonney's character then comes back to Brad Pitt's character, where he is now seen holding a small paper plate with snacks on it.
In Hot Tub Time Machine, the hot tubs sends the main characters back to 1986. But in a pivotal scene, they show the Denver Broncos/Cleveland Browns playoff game in which John Elway drives the Broncos for a winning touchdown that leads them to the Super Bowl and crushes the hearts of Ohioans everywhere. While the playoff game followed the 1986 regular season, the game itself was played in January 1987.

That was all Brad Pitt, too. Saw it in an interview, or maybe on the special features. He just thought it would be interesting if he was eating something in as many scenes as possible, little food props, so he is.
In general I'm not fond of knowing about these mistakes. I like being able to suspend my disbelief. If I'm watching for the mess-ups it totally takes me out of that mode.
If it is your thing, there's websites dedicated to picking apart movies at the most minute level, looking to find these mistakes. Evidently they're to be found in most movies if you really look for them.
