It might be because I am really drunk but I fucking hate ATT. I have not been getting any phone calls on my cell lately and my roommate & boyfriend told me when they tried to call me, the operator gave them an error message. I called ATT and they said it isn't a problem with my phone, IT IS A PROBLEM WITH THEIR TOWERS. They are supposedly fixing them but don't know when they will be fixed.

Now I ask you, should I be fucking paying FORTY GODDAMN DOLLARS A FUCKING MONTH TO NOT RECEIVE ANY OF MY CALLS?!

I'm thinking of calling ATT and demanding they lower my monthly charge until the problem is fixed, as it is not a problem with my phone.

Maybe it is because I am so angry about the Raiders.

What do ya'll think? Gimme input goddamnit, I had to spellcheck this piece of shit four times before posting it.

Better yet, demand that they will compensate you for not being able to recieve phone calls, that might have been important business calls, when you expected the phone to work.
If they did not notify you in advance for any problems in their system, they should pay you.

Ironically, I want to dump T-Mobile (f/k/a Voicestream) and go back to AT&T, due to reliability problems with T-Mobile. At least around here, AT&T's service is rock-solid.

I'm currently locked into a contract with T-Mobile until April. I've been given permission by my firm to write them a "lawyer letter" on my work letterhead to tell them that they're in the breach of contract and to let me out now. However, I signed up for the service online through a third-party vendor, and I can't find a copy of the contract that I electronically "signed." My lawyerly instincts tell me not to claim they're in breach of contract before I've looked over the contract itself. And since April is rapidly approaching, I'll probably just pay for the few remaining months and dump them in April.
