Avatar Blu-ray DVD & Firmware updates

Ok..........so I sit down 2 watch my new Avatar blu-ray DVD and what happens? Not only does the disk not work, my players freezes up, won't open, won't power down, nothing. I had 2 unplug the machine. I have 3 players and none of them worked. neutral

This nonsense about having 2 update the firmware is pretty weak in my opinion.

Nah, firmware updates mean you don't have to buy a new player every year to keep it current.

I bought it on Bluray and I thought it was an amazing film.

You just know though that they will probably release the 3D version in time for Xmas and i'll probably end up buying that too.

Fuck the funk - it's time to ditch the worn-out Vegas horns fills, pick up the geee-tar and finally ROCK THE MUTHA-FUCKER!! He hinted at this on Chaos, now it's time to step up and fully DELIVER!!
woot!

No but I was thinking they could supply the 3D glasses cool

I have Batman Arkham Asylum 3D for the PS3 and that makes me feel a wee bit queasy after about 10 minutes lol

I'm almost certain the will release this one in real 3D so we'll have to spend big money on hardware. Not just the old 2-coloured glasses I'm afraid.

I have Coraline 3D and though it's interesting it makes you feel dizzy after a while nod

2000 Euros anyone?
