Ive always admired lenny's build really ripped but how does he get and keep it like that has anyone ever read anything about his diet or workout regime?

Seriously, I'm sure he watches his diet, has naturally good metabolism, and probably works out a bit. But it looks like he's got the type of body that might not always be buff, but will never be fat.

I have to admit, he has the type of body I always wanted - not too bulky and unnatural looking but clearly toned and defined. I just don't have the work ethic or the genes I suppose.

Eat less carbs, especially the bad ones (sugar, white flour, white rice), run often, keep your insulin levels low. Lift weights. Keep your testosterone levels high. Get regular sleep (I´m bad at that but sleep is good for the release of natural HGH and keeps the fattening hormones in check).

It's definitely an "innie". However, I'm not sure it could be filled enough to give you a buzz if you were drinking a martini from it. But I like the sound of that anyway!
