Mine have pockets... I wear them in the summer over my real underwear. I like to hike them up so they cover my bellybutton.

I'm just kidding.... but they should put a coin pocket somewhere in them joints. A pad/tampon pocket... and brace buttons in case the elastic waistband loses elasticity.

Button fly boxers, preferably good flannel. Although Calvin Klein makes some nice ones out of some good cotton. They're soft and comfortable, keep things where they're supposed to be but still leave room.

And might I add that the first page of this thread is one of the best EVER. There was no way I was going to be the first guy to jump in the middle of that.

Anyway... I go commando about 50% of the time. If I'm clean, not sweating and dressed otherwise appropriately, I don't see the big deal. It's quick and it's comfy. When I am wearing underwear, they're usually boxer-briefs and occasionally boxers.

I've had only one opportunity yet to wear them. I wore nothing under them during their recent debut, but they are sufficiently lined that I'd not wind up in jail for the night. I would like to find a somewhat more substantial mesh lining, though. They could stand to be slightly more opaque.
