Beach holiday in a week and I wanna go short, short short. There seems to be a lot of shaved sides and short on top around at the moment, I dunno if my ears stick out too much LOL.

Now, Mr beckham is a good looking chap, same age as me - could I? Thing is I don't think it suits him?

I have short hair, I think I want it really short. It makes me look younger and I am feeling OLD, too many greys creeping in!!

I just had mine cut yesterday similar to the picture above but a tad bit longer on top.

I think Bechkam's crewcut could benefit from a more graduated taper and a wee bit more length along his front hairline. As it stands, he's got that harsh Usher Raymond/Steve Harvey thing going on.

This in mind, I think a really smart crew almost always is flattering on a guy. They're comfortable, low-maintenance (you just have to keep the cut fresh) and very masculine.

Some can wear it long, sure. But in my opinion, they always look better with short hair.

And short short looks great, if it's styled a bit, or has a tiny bit of product in it.

Graduated is tough when you do it yourself and when your hair is so fine and short. Low maintainance is what I am after.

The guy in the picture looks like he has the lowest setting on the guard of the shaver for the sides and back. I'm not sure but I think mine is the next to the lowest setting. I just know my top is two inches and I had the sides and back shaved to where they blend into the top. The lower you go on top, the lower you have to go on the sides and back for it to blend.

I can cut a short cut ~ 25 yrs experience on sons ...

since I'm neither a lady or gay org member, maybe I shouldnt post...but I know my hair always looks better short...even the times I've let it grow out, I know it will never look as good as it does when its short...

I'm fixin' to go shorter myself...alot like the pic you posted...but when I go that short, I usually have close cut sideburns as well...for me, it just looks better...

I dislike having short hair. I find it's preferable to have some to toss around for a bit of drama in conversation and dandying along the street in the breeze. It's a good cunt detector. If someone slags off your do, they're a cunt. Never wrong.

However, I'm getting a bit older now. Long, thick, curly blonde hair on a guy in his 30's living in Scotland is really asking for trouble. It's hard to face but I'm just not a young thruster jiving around town looking fanastic and anymore.

I'm also now in a position of authority in work, so handing out orders looking like a discount Fabio really doesn't foster respect among the typical garde-variety beer and piehead dudes I employ.

It's hanging quite long as I write this, but I was actually debating whether to shave it all off tonight. I think I will now. I just feel sick as it drops in clumps to the floor. It feels a bit what I imagine dying to be like.

I was growing mine too then saw a middle aged man trying to get away with young locks and I reached for the clippers.

Oh man, I have considered getting rid of the hair a million times, but I just don't want to look like another reality show Biff, not to mention short hair needs more constant attention. Having long har can actually simplify your life. But I must say I don't think it garners any respect, especially as I get older.
