I don't wear makeup either. I truly believe I look better without it. With my croc flip flops.
Yeah, bitches, that's how I roll!
(no PJs or curlers in public though ) |

You've seen my pictures.
My hair, clothes and shoes game are all tight, I don't think putting color on my face is going to change anything. I don't think that wearing makeup is a necessity.
Some people just look like clowns...
I see women with tons on their faces, wearing pjs and flip-flops in public, talking about how they won't leave the house without make-up.
I'm sorry, I'll take the hit for that one.
Makeup doesnt' have to have anything to do with color.
Everyone...EVERYONE can look better (no matter how lovely they look bare-faced) with makeup.
Especially when dressing up. It's about accentuating features, not making them clownish. |

I look a lot more "colorful" without make-up. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves. |

You don't need much makeup. And you always wear lipstick when going out. |

Once you get uused to not wearing makeup , it looks really funny to wear some.
The max I can do these days is mascara and lipstick which I usually do more of a stain effect (put it on and wipe 95% off). More than that feels like it pulls my face down.
As I get older I get more "no frills" like.

Sometimes a bit of mascara and a stain (buy a stain woman, you don't have to put on lipstick to wipe off) is just enough/right.
As long as you don't be showin up to a wedding in Croc-flops we cool. |

Speaking of lip stain, you know what works really well? Rimmel's lip pencils. They go on totally flat (no shine, at all) so you can just mix in a teensy bit of Kiehl's #1 or whatever to moisten it. They stay on very well, too. (I've used them in shows instead of lipstick, which can be a little too intense if you're just trying to look natural.) We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves. |

I used to have a pair of Rainbow-keds.
When I was in 4th grade.
(and one day, I accidentally wore one rainbow ked, and one white tennis-shoe to school...but that's a different story....)
