An example of mine of "when people are good to you yet you feel so ungrateful and want them to stop": my ex-girlfriend ; shit, she always cared for me, she always made plans in order to please me, she always gave me support in everything (even if I didn't need it), she bought me a lot of stuff (Cd's, DVD's, etc.) and I was like, "hey stop ", I felt like she wanted to buy my gratitude and my love, no more and no less She was too nice, and I don't need that kind of person in my life...

when people are so good to you, that's because they expect something from you in return: money, respect, favours, "love", sex or whatever...
