CBS is bringing it back! Monday, Sept. 20, 2010

This is one of my favorite shows from the '70's (It started airing in 1968.). Even as a kid, I thought it was well done, engaging and believable. I was big on cop and detective shows. Cops shows had guns and sirens, detective shows were educational, you could always learn something watching them solve the case.

I'll be watching it. I hope they keep the theme music the same.

I'll be in school, so I'll DVR it.

But if I were home I'd be watching football.

I hear tell that the "new" Dano is all that. I dunno tho......no Jack Lord?????????? His hair was a crimefighting weapon unto itself.

From what I remember though I was very young, the theme was the only thing decent bout the show. It will tank and be cancelled in a month.

Funny this subject is brought up. I've been watching re-runs of the original show. I must have been a kid back then because now as an adult, the show is lacking. Very narrow with it's characters especially since it was filmed in Hawaii. Or is it me only with that feeling? Next time anyone watches or has watced, note mentally the less brown and more white complexions....aside from the corney suits, lol. :plane:

They have just started advertising it here in the UK, but we don't get it til October.

Looking forward to it.

I predict it's going to be as huge as the remake of Night Rider
