Okay so are bananas bad for you or something?

On the headliner for comcast.net, it features a diet tip to "swap strawberries in place of bananas" in order to lose weight without really trying. Is this true? I thought bananas were good for you?

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

They are good for you. But they're also high in carbohydrates and low in fiber, which makes berries (low in carbohydrates and higher in fiber) a better choice if you're dieting.

We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

They are good for you but the saying goes "An apple a day" not "A banana a day" for a good reason.

Bananas are like the candy of fruits. You can eat them, but you won't want to eat a lot of them frequently.

1 Banana in the morning for like 3 days straight. Then I switch to having cereal with blueberries or something.

I eat fruit & Greek yogurt every morning. Sometimes I eat bananas before work if I'm in a rush....but I prefer some sort of berry. I admit, I like banana flavored things more so than the real thing. Bananas are one of my least favorite fruits....but they're so convenient.

I always buy organic bananas. The non-organic ones always look abnormally large to me.

I seriously doubt that bananas are the cause of anyone's obesity.

I get their point, but I think it is backward to advise people not to eat them, since most people have problem with pizza & potato chips, and really should be encouraged to eat more bananas (AND strawberries) instead.

Bananas kick ass! woot! bananadance They contain a lot of potassium, which is an essential nutrient to keep muscles from cramping. They are much sweeter than berries and apples but less sweet than grapes. Nevertheless, you don't want to eat too many of them at once. Having said that, it's better than eating processed sweets like cookies, cake, dougnuts, candy and ice cream.

It depends on where you put the banana.

Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it.

That's correct. Blueberries and strawberries are where it's at if you need to get your natural sugar fix on nod
