I need help thinking up foods beginning with N, U, and X

A strange request, but my daughter wants a Nintendo DSi. I wanted to do a project with her where she makes a chart, tries a new food beginning with every letter of the alphabet, and rates them. So I combined the two. She finishes the chart, she gets a DSi. The food doesn't have to be nasty; the point isn't to recreate Fear Factor, but to open her mind to new things. I have some ideas, but they are hard to find and I don't trust my culinary skills to recreate them myself. I don't want to misrepresent the dish. Anyhow these are the only 3 remaining letters, we've done the rest.

U is easy enough I guess...Unagi, but I am open to more suggestions. I can't find Uglifruit anywhere.

X...X fucking sucks. There's a Vietnamese dish called xoi, but I can't find a Vietnamese restaurant in the area that has a menu online to see if they have it. I don't know how to pronounce it to even ask by phone.

N...seems harder than it should. I can't think of much and if I can think of it, she's tried it, like Naan bread.

I know we have a pretty diverse group here, so I was hoping maybe you all knew of some foods/dishes that would fit the bill.

Thanks for any help you can give.

Edit: Before someone suggests trying Google, I have, and I come across links full of dumb ass answers like "F for Fresh Vegetables" and shit like that.

Thanks. I think I am gonna look for Neufchatel. I've never seen it in the average grocery store, but with some looking around, maybe I can find it here. Most of the other stuff she has eaten at some point already. Nutella and Nicoise being the exceptions.

Appreciate the help.

Thanks once again to those that helped. For your efforts, here is a pictoral of the end of the project.

Wal-Mart brand Neufchatel cheese. It tasted better than either of us expected. It got a 4 out of 5.

Wash it down with a Lil' Hug juice.

Xavier steak, or my attempt at it. I'm not a chef by any means. Accompanied with the finest Velveeta shells and cheese.

We ended with Okra since we hadn't done O. Okra is evil. Okra makes children cry.

Here is our super-scientific graphical representation of our ratings.

And here is what you all made possible...we upgraded from the DSi because it's her birthday soon plus daddy wants to play as well.

ZombieKitten, that was my first time trying beets along with her and I had to agree with her rating. Of course, I probably didn't prepare them all that well since I've never had them before.
