I thought that was an interesting observation, so I Googled... typing

  • Helen Keller lived from 1880-1968
  • Swanson TV Dinners were first introduced in 1954
  • The TV tray came out the following year
  • So... if she was older in that scene, there could have been one. shrug

Since the entire action of The Miracle Worker takes place when Helen is a child, I think we can rule that out. lol
