It is very clear, Germany played very well when it didn't matter and therefore put all their cards on the table. Good teams like Spain (and unlike Argentina, as proven) pick up on that. Spain didn't give Germany any room to play, what was left was a struggling German team that really didn't know what to do anymore. My congratulations to Spain, the final will be a good one. Do mind that the Dutch team has been watching as well, and they are very fit and mentally strong. I believe that the Dutch team will be harder for the Spaniards to beat. I am looking forward to Sunday!

Shocked? How did spain manage to beat germany? Stop living in 1974 or 1990, this is 2010 and two years earlier Spain won the Eurocup, in case you didn't notice it, and it features some of best players of the world: Xavi, Iniesta, Puyol, Villa, Casillas, etc.

Is not that hard to understand, really, wink but Low is a good manager and I'm sure Germany will do great things with this current generation of footballers: Muller, Schwarzenegger lol , Ozil, Boateng, etc...wink

Ahnold was in ze Dzjerman team????? lol

Low isn't such a good coach, he is highly overrated. Yes, he managed to get his players to play good and fast football.......what he didn't do was setting up a strategy for the tournament, instead he showed the teams cards in the matches when it didn't matter that much and immediately showed their cards. Teams like Spain (and the Netherlands) pick up on that.......let it be a lesson for the Germans.

I was also annoyed by the Dutch press and 'experts' who said Uruguay would be a walk over

arrogant fools disbelief

Even during the game. "We can now safely say it will be Germany Holland"-remark after it was 3-1.

Before you know it, the game was a mess, the players got sloppy and Uruguay became desperate. The 3-2 was unnecessary.

nod hopefully they have learnt by now

Bollocks! lol To me, Spain play the most beautiful football. Fluid, attacking and an absolute joy to watch. We are treated to near football purity when La Furia Roja stroke that Jabulani around the turf. Refereeing decisions have got naff'all to do with it smile

However, when you mention being helped by referees in the tournament, the name "Van Bommel" springs to mind hmmm

The dirty bast'Ard biggrin
