If one goes with logic, one would assume a German Dutch final, however this World Cup has had soo many twists and surprises that by following the current pattern so far, Uruguay and Spain are as likely to go through as the other two..

That Ghana/Uruguay game was real emotion! If you wrote a movie that said the last kick of extra time would be a penalty and could win you a historic match for your country/continent, you'd be laughed at and the movie would be labelled as super corny and predictable. But it actually happened, and thats why football and the world cup in general, are unbeatable when it comes to outright, real emotion. No other sport comes close in moments like that.
