1) Things could be better, but they could always be worse too, so there's that....

Work eats up a lot of my time, the rest is spent decompressing and trying to be a good husband and father.

2) A whole bunch of nothing. The boy is mowing lawns in the 'hood to make his dough.

3) um, er....I've really been slacking on moving forward, mainly because the day job takes up so much of my time. I have some more equipment to purchase, and I'm currently working on my Wordpress to get photos up and online....so, slow and steady I guess.

4) I can cook a pot of gravy like no one's business kid.

5) The Rays are good, but not as good as they played the first 2 months of the season. They're coming back down to earth now. It's basically the Yankees and everyone else IMO.

6) Athletic is not a word I would use when describing me.

1) honestly, it has been over three months. I top off with fresh DI/RO water and change the water every few months. I change the poly and carbon once a month. It pretty much sustains itself.

2) about 20%, more if it has been an extra long time since the last change.

3) real saltwater has undesirable algae, bacteria and microbes...not so bad in the vast amount of water in the ocean, but deadly in my small 20 gallon bioverse.

Thanks for replying, so much interesting info in your answer. I never knew that real saltwater from the ocean was actually bad for a fishtank. You always learn something new on the org.
