It's hard to say innocent until proven guilty on this one because, well, he's been guilty before. I have a feeling it's true and if so, I'm just done with the guy. I haven't been able to watch Braveheart, any or the Mad Max or Lethal Weapons since the first incident. All of them being movies I loved before. Particularly Braveheart, which was one of my all time favorites. As far as Mel "changing" or getting older and loosing it, or whatever, nah, I don't think so. I think he was probably always this way and that the crazy characters he played were much closer to his real personality than we realized. Blech.

However, according to the quote attributed to him he did not say he "wished" she got raped. He said "if" she got raped it would be her fault. While doing so he included an ethnic slur in the statement which makes his thought process even more insulting and disturbing. None of it is OK. But going by the quote, he didn't say he wished she was raped. And it still has nothing to do with Elin and Tiger.

The lawyer guy from TMZ was on one of those Entertainment News programes and was quoted saying the tapes were sealed pending the ongoing court battle between Oksana & Mel. He confirmed that his "source" said it was definitely Mel's voice on the tape.
