Not too wild about it, especially the jacket. There are way too many small details to it, too, so it won't last as is--it's like the original Nightwing costume in that respect. But I think it's about time Wonder Woman got a less degrading costume. Unfortunately, it still won't help sales of her book.

YES

I've always hated WW's outfit.

Yes, it's iconic, but it's stupid.

It's a god damned bathing suit with high heels. She's supposed to be a superhero, not a beauty pageant contestant. I don't care what kind of super powers you have, it is not in any way a good idea to try fighting evildoers in a bustier and stilletos.

In general, I'm really not a fan of how female superheroes are dressed. High heels and push up bras and big hair and mini skirts? To fight crime? I realize the whole thing has always been done as fanservice to dorks masturbating in their parents' basements, but it's insulting.

What with realism being the trend du jour in comics, I say it's high time the super ladies were wearing boots and pants to kick ass in.

Actually, if you read the original William Moulton Marston (WW's creator) stuff, she was dressed precisely as she should have been.

All true. WW's costume was always goofy-looking. If I was designing it, I'd incorporate some kind of Greek battle armor, like Joss Whedon suggested.

They didn't only change her uniform...they also changed her origin. Most of my customers were not too happy about it. I told them it'll pass.

Kinda like Nightcrawler's "death".

• Did you first think Prince was gay? •

Wendy: He’s a girl, for sure, but he’s not gay. He looked at me like a gay woman would look at another woman. Lisa: Totally. He’s like a fancy lesbian.

If I hadn't grown up seeing Lynda Carter bring class to this "bathing suit and high heels" maybe it would make sense....Lynda pwned it and for some reason it just never looks stripperish to me.

This new outfit looks like a ripoff of Rogue hmmm

Besides there are superheroines with skimpier outfits....like Starfire...Storm...etc, etc.

This is why I don't like it. I like the pants, but she needs a different top... maybe a golden girdle thing.

To me with female superhore costumes... if you make a pant then the top should be sleeveless (bustier). Keep it simple.

Yep, just like Rogue from the 90's.

And, yes, there are TONS, but you left out the worst offender...

[img:$uid]http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/5/52/Whitequeenbolton.png[/img:$uid]

That was her outfit for a while, but since Marvel's hellbent on shoving her down our throats (ala Gambit), they've replaced the thigh-high hooker boots with a famly-friendly white spandex pants...

nod Arnour of some kind would be a good place to start, and I don't mean that silly Boris Vallejo-style armour that's essentially a metal bikini.
