I know it is wrong to do cause it may hurt ur chances of havin a kid etc ( don't want any at all) but I skip the placebo pill and go onto another pack- I never want it again, ever!

Thanks for all the advice guys. I'm gonna cut my caffiene back since I drink a pot of coffee and a gallon of iced tea a day. neutral Maybe thats the problem.

Ya, last night I had a whole wrap from subway for dinner, half my mans sub, a piece of chocolate cake and ice cream, then fell asleep on the couch and it was only like 7 oclock. My kids woke me up when they came in from their dads at 8 ish. I got them ready for bed then ate two reeses pb cups. Flipped out on my man for absolutely no reason, was totally irrational, and knew it the whole time but couldn't stop myself. Had sex and went back to bed, overslept by an hr and a half this morning.......and my rag hasn't even showed up yet. lol

Ugh.

I've reached in darkness and come out with treasure
I layed down with love and I woke up with lies
Whats it all worth only the heart can measure
It's not whats in the mirror but what's left inside

You're eating a lot of sugar. That doesn't help with PMS symptoms, either. Bouncing your blood sugar up and down like that is murder on your system.

Once you get past this bout, get yourself on a clean diet. See if that doesn't make a difference next time around.

B-complex and exercise help, too.

I turn pretty psychotic a day or two before. My bubbies are out of control tender the week before, but I've found the severity of my cramps can be controlled or pretty much eliminated based on whether or not I'm ingesting enough zinc through green veggies. If I'm being a lazy ass, and not getting enough spinach and broccoli in my diet, I pay for it dearly. But regular workouts and a healthy dose of salads and veggies pretty much help to eradicate all of that madness.

Also...if you crave chocolate...you're probably deficient in magnesium. A supplement (especially if you go for magnesium oxide or magnesium citrate) will help - and also help you "go." (For a lot of women, constipation is another PMS symptom.)

It is weird, normally I do crave chocolate and some times I crave chocolate milk (I normally hate milk). Now that it is so hot out during this period, I have not craved anything.

I am my usual tired, weepy, bitchy self, just sweaty.
