actually in mpls there's a nutjob raping women in my neighborhood. he gets into the parking ramps and assaults them as they enter/exit their cars.

therefore i've decided that, while this idiot is at large, if anyone matching this guy's description so much as attempts to detain/restrain me in the parking lot, then no i won't stop to ascertain what degree of harm he intends me, i will act first and face manslaughter charges later
