me and dude are gonna make it. I was invited to a party at one of my neighbors yesterday. I noticed he wasn't home from work yet, was rather late, so i went ahead. It seemed i wasn't well liked there, but i made the best of it and came on back. he was sitting up in the bed eating a sandwich and looking at me like i was trying to steal something. although i tried to conversate with him, he ignored me, stared at the tv and was silent. i slept on the couch....and that has been the pattern for quite some time.......the sad part was that the people at the party, who have regular jobs and such almot sounded foreign to me, and then to go home and get the silent treatment.....am i not worthy of a conversation??? fuck that. I cant wait to start getting my ssi.

and do you ever feel like the conversation changes when you walk into a room?? the couple hosting the party were actin like they owed me a bad debt, thats how arguments get started..ya know???

I wish i could have seen past all that and just dealt with them on another level, but....oh well.

its been the same pattern wit my ex and me nothing entertaining. i haven't seen him that long and it was like we were before just hang out at his place , have sex and then get out because he has to go play poker. blah blah blah and no conversation. to top it off he's getting evicted from his place. which i could never get the real deal of that situation. he says he got other options yay.

this guy seems like a fool

i know how it is cuz i went to a bbq wit my ex it was like no conversation like i was ruining something i guess because he had some other girlfriend there

- Were these people friends of his?

- Why would they invite you and then snub you? (how old are these people?)

- Was he mad because you went without him?

When I was engaged, my EX-fiance would put that silent treatment crap on me, then HE would sleep on the couch. I realized that if he did that then, it would never change. I ended up not marrying him (for that and other things).

You don't deserve that.

I know...i've put up with too much for too long. I'm glad my children are older, i worry hoping he hasnt fucked their heads up. I'm constatnly lookin at them, tryin to make sure their self-esteem and confidence is in tact. The moral of the story is: If you are complete when you meet em, dont change, if you arent and you get with the joker who tries to change you, learn what you can and then......run. thats the long and the short of it.
