Mediterranean Cruise Advice

Anyone here ever been on a Mediterranean cruise? I'm freaking out because the excursions I can sign up for through the ship are expensive. I know there are tour guides waiting at every port but I wouldn't know which ones are good. Let me know if you know of any good ones. Thanks!!

Thanks Chico. I think I'll be heading down dark alleyways again since I will be visiting Herman again. He took me to some pretty...er.....um.....fun places.

people tell me i should take a cruise...but it's not the germs so much that worries me; i will only get on that ship if i can see land and it's close enough to swim to it. i'm just not up for a repeat of the TITANIC no no no! boxed and this from someone who loves the ocean.

One of my sisters made some years ago a mediterranean cruise of big islands only (Ibiza, Malta, Sicily, Crete, Rhodes, Cyprus, etc.) and she truly enjoyed it...
