I always wonder what it's like to burn so easily. I have friends who used to sunburn in Europe. I don't recall every having sunburned in Europe, and I spent as much time outdoors as I could during the warm months.

It means you have to avoid direct sunlight as much as possible, always wear clothing that covers your skin despite the heat and carry sunblock with you everywhere so you don't have to say, no, I can't sit outside today for lunch as I'll be a lobster by the time we finish ordering.

I try to take 10-15 mins/day of sun, for Vitamin D (but only when it's nice out ).

I can't stand putting shit on my body , so I never use sunscreen. But that's okay - I'm indoors about 99% of the time.

i use to not,but for the last 7-8 years I have been a regular wearer of sunscreen. Even during the winter.
