He took the picture down, and admitted it was pixalated to look like she wasn't wearing anything, when in fact she was wearing undies. He altered the photo to brush out her undies, and to then put something over the crotch to make it looks salacious. Why would this person do that to a 17 year old? Perez is wreckless, and thinks anyone in the public eye is up for any scrutiny. It's bullshit.

Perez's biggest problem is he lacks humanity and judgement. He's swimming in his celebrity, but soon enough, it'll die off and he'll go back to shoving down scones and frapps at Starbucks, typing on his eBay'd iPod.

He's a goon, and Miley is a hick. End of story.

disbelief And now I hate him!

If he wanted to see cunt so damned bad he should have just looked in the mirror. I hope Miley sues his ass and gets more paper than she's already got.

Exclusive: Perez Hilton Quotes From Tonight's 'Joy Behar' Interview

By PopEater Staff Posted Jun 17th 2010 07:16PM
Controversial blogger Perez Hilton is hitting HLN's 'The Joy Behar Show' tonight to talk about this week's Miley Cyrus photo incident for the first time--and PopEater's got exclusive quotes from the interview.

Earlier this week, Hilton, whose real name is Mario Lavandeira, posted a link on his Twitter account pointing to a photo of Miley Cyrus. The photo featured Cyrus climbing out of a car apparently wearing no underwear. And while underwear-less photos of celebrities is a common occurrence on the Hilton's site, Miss Cyrus is only 17 years old, making her a minor--and his actions could have some serious legal implications.

Joy Behar scored the first sit down with the Hilton and the blogger was eager to tell his side of the story. Excerpts from the interview on HLN's 'The Joy Behar Show' after the jump.

On why he posted the photo:

"I didn't pick it for her to look like she wasn't wearing underwear. The point of me choosing that one photo is because it was showing Miley getting out of the car in an unladylike fashion. And I just thought that was funny and in keeping with her shocking behavior of late, because she was very well aware that she was in a public place at a -- at a video shoot and that there were paparazzi present."

On if he altered the photo before posting:
"I did not pixelate anything. I did not PhotoShop anything. There's been a lot of inaccuracies being perpetuated about what happened in the media. And I just chose a photo that showed her getting out of the car. You didn't see anything down there."

On why he removed photo:
"I did not take the photo down. I didn't even post the photo o my Web site. I wanted to clear that up, as well. I merely linked to a photo that I found on the Internet on my Twitter... Then that Web site that I posted a link to, they're the ones that took it down. I would have posted the image on my site had I been able to. But it was taken by one photo agency that I don't have a deal with. So I've learned my mistake in the past about using photos that I don't have licenses to."

On possibly being charged with child pornography:
"I think it's insulting to children to accuse that of child pornography. If you want to look at the definition of child pornography, it is not an image like the one I posted. It is explicit behavior designed to arouse, engage in sexual activity. You don't see anything from Miley's private parts. You just see here from an unflattering vantage view getting out of her car. the point is that it's not child pornography. And if I was aware that it was or that she was not wearing underwear, I would not have posted it. But I -- I knew the opposite, Joy. I saw other photos from that video shoot and I was very well aware of the fact that Miley was wearing underwear."

On whether he regrets posting the photo:

"I don't regret what I did and I would do the same thing again... It's not actually doing anything worse than Miley herself has been doing recently, from grinding up on her 40 something year old director to pole dancing to all the over sexualized things that she has been doing and turning herself into this creature."

CORRECTION: More like 100% pure bullshit.

While my statements certainly weren't a defense of Mario, I'll say this. A gent who works and writes for PopEater has seen the pictures, saw the underwear, and knew what Perez did, and totally disputed that there was ever a photo of her with her Montana hanging out.

I don't doubt that Mario would want to back peddle when things like "child porn" and "brought up on charges" comes into the conversation, but the guy at PopEater has no investment in either PerezHilton or Miley Cyrus, and has no reason to lie about the underwear actually being on, or off.

Well if I'm wrong, then I stand corrected. But be as it may, some kinds of punishment need to be granted to Perez because the last time I checked, people can get sue for slandering charges. If or when The Cyruses ever becomes interested in suing, this mess can still end ugly.

Just saying.

Of course it is! nod Perez has built a career of being nothing more than a tabloid media troublemaker. Now that his latest antic is proven to be a total backlash, we now have the case of "the chickens coming home to roost". So f*** him! lol

Totally disagree. People need to be as vocal as possible about the kind of hate this man spreads in the name of entertainment. We need to let as many people know - family, friends and complete freakin' strangers - that this kind of behavior will not be tolerated because "it's funny", "he's not really hurting anybody" or "it will just be said someplace else". All things I've been told in response to expressing how vile I find him. I believe, in fact, that he wins if people don't stand up and express just how distasteful they find his schtick. Because one of the things he has at his disposale is the ability to bully people down through the popularity of his public persona. The people who follow him actually believe the stuff he says is right and true. It's just all kinds of wrong. And I will be as loud about it as I can.

Uh, if this is true, he is the creepiest motherfucker ever. Throw him in jail, if he thinks deliberately trying to sexualise a perfectly innocent photo of a child is OK behaviour by any standards, where does he draw the line?

Who am I kidding, this leech has no boundaries whatsoever and he's only going to get worse the longer he's allowed. If not jail, his site should be shut down. What's the point of it anyway?

I feel sorry for Miley, she's encountering so many sleazy men in this business and seems to have non existent parents.

EDIT: OK, so he at the very least didn't photoshop anything but still, he knew exactly what he was implying by posting the tweet the way he did. And to turn around and blame her?! FUCK YOU PEREZ.

Fair point/s (except maybe the next step = rape bit). I've probably not been clear.

I mentioned those exploits to illustrate her sexualisation over recent years. Not as an excuse to photograph her fanny*.

(* UK definition)

Completely off topic, but until now I always thought the Brit definition of fanny was the bottom. I didn't know that you guys have been talking about the front bits all this time boxed

Fanny in the UK refers to the vagina. Which always adds some school-boy-level humour when Americans say things like "I'll spank your fanny young man!" or "I was playing [American] football and I slipped and hurt my fanny!"
