I liked my shark steaks either in a cassrole baked in an orange ginder spiced sauce, or in a soup. The steaks are so tender and flaky! Baked with lobster stuffing on top is good too, but the SKIN must be removed. Shark is also awesome as kibabs.

I made salmon for dinner tonight.

Salmon is another one of my favorites.

Whenever I visit my sister in Atlanta,I always eat at a place called Fish Supreme.Anybody familiar with that place? They have alot of those in Atlanta.

This looks like one of those fish fry plates that churches prepare when they doing fish fry fundraisers for choir robes or a trip to Disney World.

Reminds me of the meals you can get at Fish Supreme I always go here when I visit Atlanta.Looks like they have it in other cities,too.....

I like orange roughy too.

I grew up on Rainbow trout and Bass that we caught ourselves but we threw back carp and catfish. ( Catfish crocked in the boat and It upset me as a child. I'd scream shut up! lol, ok random)

As an adult, I love salmon,tuna and yellow tail ! Spicy tuna sushi! Yummer!
