My air went off... just called for repairman... for the 3RD TIME!

OMG! It is well over 90F/32.2C here, and my central air quit yesterday! They can't come out to fix it until Wednesday!

OMG! Its over 93 degrees and I live next to the beach, can you believe some of these parents had their kids on hot metal slides and hot rubber swings in the park with no water!!!
My kids and I were at the beach soaking up the sun and surf, the water was freeeeeezzzziiinnnnggg!!!!
My son said and I quote: "this is the life!"
I can't believe mom's with kids let their kids sit in that hot sun. Poor things.
All they had to do to take their kids to the beach was CROSS the road! OMG! | |

Luckily today we did not hit 90 but very close. No end in sight for our heat. Babies with eczema do not like to be hot and sweaty. I guess for ppl that live here and have never had aircon, they do not know what they are missing.
I hope you get your air sorted soon.
I am going to go sleep in front of the fan no breeze outside tonight.

OMG, there was so much closet slamming going on downstairs, starting from 7:45 am, stopping for awhile, and then starting back up again around 5 pm, and lasting into the wee hours of the morning.
OMG, Miss Thang downstairs and her booty call are together outside. Gimme a barf pail, somebody, I think I'm going to be sick. With all the closet slamming that was going on yesterday and last night, it makes me wonder if he moved in with her. Oh lawd, now I REALLY feel sick. It won't last, when he finds out what a bitch and a half wit she is. RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you. | |

[OMG]
I'm walking back from the grocery store around the corner when I get to the apartment building and as I walk toward the door a bit ass rat runs past the front door across my walkway and hops down into my patio (I live on the bottom floor). And since it is half a floor down, the damn rat can't get up the 6' wall to escape.
Luckily the neighbor/maintenance guy next door was home with his BB gun. He shot it a couple times and killed it. First shot paralyzed it from the waist down, it seemed. It couldn't use its hind legs.
Anyhow, now I am all worried becase where there's one, there are usually a lot more and being on the bottom floor they could easily work their way into my house through any window left open (my windows are level with the ground basically) or through the water heater room that is located out on the patio.
I've had mice before and it was nothing to discard the glue traps. This damn thing had me thinking it was a rabbit at first.
