Sho you right! I grew up just up the road from Willingboro (Black folks' Levittown) in Florence/Roebling. You might have been at Columbus which had all kinds of farmers' markets and thrift stores. Also Englishtown, NJ was quite popular. New Hop, PA was the more "hippy" place back in the day with great artsy-fartsy shops and doo. Quite a lovely little village then. I haven't been in years, but I have fond memories of that place.

I live up in Union County, so I don't get down that way much. Most things I do are toward NYC, although I occasionally go to Philly.

I have been to Englishtown and New Hope, PA, tho. It's so much more peaceful down that way...

Towards the end of June, they have the biggest, juiciest, sweetest peaches ever. I think they get em from Puerto Rico or someplace, but they are the bomb! Only thing is you have to eat them relatively quickly cause they go bad in a heartbeat. I cut em up and freeze them and then make smoothies. CUT A BITHCH!
