I work this morning, Supernova.

Well, I'm currently suffering from the same problem, and my strategy is trying to bore myself to sleep on the org by replying to all of Bliss' shagging threads. If I stop posting pretty soon, you'll know it worked. So far, not really.

Sometimes a hot bath helps me feel sleepy. A combination of both the warmth of the water and the sound of the water running as it fills the tub relaxs me.

Or:
warm milk
listening to soft music
a backrub (though not always an option, unfortunately)

That hot bath isn't a bad idea... I just may do that. Nothing relaxes me like the warmth of the water...

Actually, the bath idea isn't bad, I'm gonna go try that. Good luck with the boredom strategy, though.

I know what you mean about the water. Warm water is so soothing, especially if you are a 'water person' to begin with (I am. I love the water)
