The Coldest Winter Ever By Sistah Souljah Does anybody know if this is coming out as a movie? My sister told me to look up a movie trailer for it but I couldn't find anything. She told me that Jada Pinkett and Will Smith were suppose to produce it? I saw something like that but it was dated way back in 2005. If it is coming out or came out already I'd love to see it. Let me know so I can tell my sister.

I vaguely remember something being said about that last year but never saw anything. I will look around and see what I can find. We all should know that diversity makes for a rich tapestry, and we must understand that all the threads of the tapestry are equal in value no matter what their color. Maya Angelou

Very good book! I heard rumors for a while that a movie would be made of it, but we shall see.

Diddy, back in those "Puff Daddy" days wanted to produce the movie adaptation of the film.
Personally, I dismissed this book for the longest as one of those "Urban lit" books that have nothing to say or ADD (I came from that background and I didn't wanna be reminded of it) untill somebody talked me into reading it, its DEF not what I and many folks I know thought it would be.
Great book, with a universal message.
