Hot Sauce Appreciation thread I can't live without it! It has health benefits and makes almost all food taste great!  If there was ever a more perfect condiment, I'd be hard pressed to find it.

i put hot sauce on everyting and i mean everyTING! i love hot sauce !!!!! my favorite brands are Texas Pete and Red Hot 
all my hood people know its essential to have hot sauce on ramen noodles with your choice of kool-aid | |

Oh man you ain't said nothing but awesome condiment. I shame my family wherever I go...so goes the bottle of hot sauce.I am using El Yucatero and Kajun "Fire" Habanero Sauces. If I carry a small purse, I put some in a small container full because I hate when they say they don't have any but can get me some tabasco sause which is not hot sauce..IMHO. I am a free spirit and will try any sauce ...the hotter the better. I eat jalapeno peppers like pickles. Prince's Sarah | |

Not too spicy, but very yummy. When I want spicy I go for the Rooster stuff. Oh, and this: 
Really good on eggs and nachos and in mac and cheese... I'm making myself hungry. |

Naw, ya'll got it wrong! The best hot sauce in the world is Crystal hot sauce from Louisiana. After Hurricane Katrina I couldn't get any for months from my local market... They had a waiting list of people impatient to pour it on their chicken wings!

Dave's is awesome! A little goes a long way. It has a great flavour as well. Some hot sauces like Tabasco taste like shit to me. | |

There's an Indian lady who lives in front of my building who makes/sells her own atchar(Indian pickles/hot sauce). The mango & chillis flavors are the best, but you can order your own garlic, mixed vegetables and other flavors.
Lemme tell you, I've tasted ALL kinds of hot sauces from around the world, but this by far is thee MOST delicious
I don't think I can eat any meal(minus breakfast) without hot sauce. | |

I like these but I will try any brand once. The only one I hate is Aldi's because it's like water. Put it on anything. Grits and eggs, sardines, spaghetti, scrambled eggs, in baked beans...just about everything What happened to my pics???? When I edited for one letter they all disappeared.  The editor is not editing properly.
I put the pics in again and they still aren't working. Anyway, Louisiana Hot Sauce, Texas Pete, and Tabasco.

that is good stuff, not hot but has a good flavor. What I wish I could find local is a good Habanero pepper powder. Often the sauses taste too much like vinegar. "Keep on shilling for Big Pharm!" |

I appreciate every hot food, sauce ..Hot dipping sauce ...and EVERYTHING IS HOT.
