You can't base everything on just the video "the video doesn't show the cop calling for back up" for all you know he could have radio it on when he left his car or he just happened to be the first cop to show up on the scene. You really don't know how long it took for back up to arrive just from the tape. If it took back up 5 minutes to come then yeah alot of stuff can happen during that period. Also, if your a manager I doubt that you would send "16 year old" Stacy out there to do a job, that you, the manager should be doing. Once again you are just guessing you don't know if he called for back up or not or if he just happen to be the first cop to arrive on the scene and others were on the way. How do you know it wasn't the management that called the police in the first place (and please don't say the video doesn't show it). I'm guessing the guy in yellow was in charge. It shows him (not any other emeployee's) handing the "lady" her food but she smacks it out of his hands. The video doesn't show what lead to these events. How do you know that the management did tell her to leave or he would call the police (then those fools bust out their video phones and start shooting). When the cops come it does show the guy outside with the cops (most likely giving information). The best thing management to do is try to give her food (which he did) call the police (which I believe he or some one on the crew didd) You are the one who said the staff at McDonalds (which includes alot of young people) should have help the police in escorting people out (Once agin if the "lady" didn't listen to the cop why do you think she would listen to anyone on the McDonalds staff)

Its not a suitable word for this situation, drunk and stupid woman and a cop with no communication skills, as he just barges in there, cuffs her and tries to drag her off, no communication to staff that we can see, and his buddy comes in and growls at several people to get out, when they are waiting for their burgers.
