Wow, so sad. I loved the Golden Girls and Rue McClannahan's character. That was a show would always help me unwind and get my mind off of things no matter how stressful the day was. Gosh, I was sad when Bea Arthur died, and now this. Oh well...be strong and keep working Betty White.

They will live forever on the "Golden Girls" DVD collection.

One of the best sitcoms ever.

Have anyone else notice that NBC Saturday Night TV line-up has NEVER been the same since THAT series ended? THIS show was on the same night as The Facts Of Life, 227, Empty Nest, & Hunter.

Rue McClannahan has been a part of my TV watching experience since "Maude" back in the day. So sorry to hear of her passing (I hate that people have to die), may she be resting peacefully.

Looks like Betty White is the last "Girl" standing.

Golden Girls is my all time favorite show. Rue will be missed. Long live Blanche Deveraux from Atlanta!

She was a great actress and one funny lady, she will be missed!

I only watched the show casually but the times i did watch it was very funny and you could

tell the cast had great chemistry. It's sad to see them leaving us one by one so fast.

I remembered that episode! I think it was the one where Sophia brought her friend over and revealed to her she was gay and then she and Rose "got into bed" or something, my mind's blurry. But I think that was what going on in that episode.
