Mary is a 25 year old women. She lives in a city and has a 2 bedroom house with 2 dogs. Each morning, she takes the dogs to the local park, where she runs with them, before returning home to get ready for work. She drives to work, which takes half an hour and parks her car in a multi-storey. Walking to her place of work takes 5 minutes from there. She works in a sales depo and deals with the public face to face and on the phone. Each night, before returning home, she stops off at the local bakery and buys 3 cream cakes for the evening. She goes to bed roughly the same time every evening, with her dogs at the bottom of her bed | |

Is she content with her life? It sounds so ritual, esp. for being so young. I would hate living this type of life.
Where are her friends, her family? Where is her interaction with people she actually cares about? (I say 'cares about' because it's hard to form relationships with customers you see once and never again.) Are her dogs her life? And what's the need for THREE cream cakes? That's a bit excessive, IMHO. I mean, like, where is the sun? | |
