Don't misunderstand me - I think there is nothing more attractive than a small, petite woman (about 2ft. 3in. tall), with long hair (in this case I would prefer dark hair), a light, natural tan and rather big but firm boobs.

However, if a woman goes as far as getting silicon tits (or getting any kind of plastic surgery for that matter) - even if one couldn't tell at first sight - I find simply knowing that a woman did this very, very unattractive. Them new boobs could be perfect, I'd find the girl disgusting.
